YBA

Young British artists are kinda like x men, Charles xavier- Charles Saatchi. Recruiting extraordinary individuals to changing the public's prospective of their time. And they did.

 Saatchi’s team formed in the 1980s with such artists include Damien Hirst (shark man) and Tracey Emin (bed person, can’t make her sound like a cool super hero) anyway the YBAs changes the course of art by displaying their shock-factor work in which the world had never seen before. But they didn’t call themselves the YBA it was given to them and quickly umbrellaed the bold artists born in the 1960s.

The origins- Damion Hirst put on an exhibition called freeze in which Saatchi attended and bought a piece of work.
